Fix Outlook Error 0x800420CB (Unable to Delete / Receive Emails)

  • Search for the file known as "Deleted Items.dbx."
  • Delete the file once you find it.

Most common Error # 3: Unable to Receive Emails.

This error is just a reverse of second error and user could not receive new emails by Outlook due to this error. This error #3 where user could not receive any new emails is more frustrating than the other two because user cannot access to the messages through the program until they resolve this problem.
