•    Initiate the process with Windows Live Mail
•    Hit on folder labeled as ‘Contacts’.
•    Now, click on ‘Export ‘and choose values with ‘comma separated values (.CSV)’.
•    After performing such steps a CSV Export window will appear, Click on Browse and select Desktop folder
•    Enter text in the field ‘WLM Contacts’ and save values
•    Now, click on Next button and choose the fields that user want to export
•    Click on Finish until the process will complete.
•    Close Windows Live Mail application
•    Start your MS-Outlook application
•    Now, click on Contacts folder categorized under File menu
•    Select option Open and click on Import
•    Choose option ‘Import from another program or file’
•    Enter ‘Next’.
•    On windows system choose ‘Comma Separated Values
•    Click ‘Next’.
•    Browse’ to select ‘WLM Contacts’
•    Saved exported contacts in Desktop folder
•    Target ‘Open’
•    Before proceeding make sure Contacts folder is selected
•    Click on ‘Finish’

NOTE: User should wait until the process is finished.

It is not necessary that above mentioned process will work successfully. It may be possible above mentioned process gets fail to some extent. Don’t need to worry!
