Mbox files are are used by a number of email applications, such as Microsoft Entourage, AppleMail, OperaMail, MozillaMail, ThunderBird, and many others to store email messages. An Mbox file stores email information as a plain text. However, the Mbox file format is not supported by the widely used application, MS Outlook. To use Mbox content in Outlook, you need to convert Mbox file to PST.
