Possible cause of Error: This error message is displayed whenever Outlook Express is disconnected to the user’s browser-based email client. In this situation Outlook Express is unable to connect to the user’s email server. It may be possible error occur due to frequent use of Outlook Express on users PC. This includes server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

If internet is connected and working properly then there may be the possibility that entered username or password is incorrect.
